Challenge
The movement had vision and momentum—but needed a cohesive identity and tools to scale its message.
The challenge was to develop a brand that would feel both grounded and forward-looking—resonating with local farmers while engaging policy-makers, funders, and the broader public. The digital experience had to be intuitive, bilingual, and easily maintained by a lean team.
Approach
We began with strategy: defining brand values, voice, and audience needs through workshops and interviews. The resulting visual identity balances heritage with clarity—earthy tones, modular typography, and textures inspired by farming tools and natural systems.
We designed and developed a responsive website that serves as a hub for resources, advocacy, and storytelling. The UX prioritizes ease of access and community engagement, while social media campaigns extend the narrative with visual consistency and message alignment.
Outcome
The Alliance now has a brand system and digital toolkit built for impact.
From community organizing to public advocacy, the platform helps amplify farmer voices, grow visibility, and drive systemic change—one rooted crop and one shared story at a time.
