Stella Maris Strategies is a boutique strategic advisory firm helping leaders navigate complex and uncertain environments at the intersection of technology, policy, and markets. They position themselves not just as external consultants, but as embedded partners — working closely with executive teams to shape decisions, unlock opportunities, and drive meaningful impact.

In the wake of Hurricane Maria, the Alliance for Agriculture emerged from grassroots conversations with farmers, aiming to amplify the voice of Puerto Rico's ecological farming community. Recognizing the need for a unified platform to advocate for sustainable agriculture, they sought a brand identity that would resonate with both local farmers and potential supporters.

Challenge

The movement had vision and momentum—but needed a cohesive identity and tools to scale its message.

The challenge was to develop a brand that would feel both grounded and forward-looking—resonating with local farmers while engaging policy-makers, funders, and the broader public. The digital experience had to be intuitive, bilingual, and easily maintained by a lean team.

Approach

We developed the brand and website in parallel to ensure a unified experience.

Inspired by the star that has guided sailors for centuries, the brand symbolizes direction, serenity, and purpose. It doesn't seek to shine brightly, but rather to offer a constant and reliable light that allows us to move forward with confidence.

We designed and developed a responsive website that presents a refined and confident brand focused on guiding leaders through complexity. Its design is minimal, modern, and intentional, using clear messaging to position the firm as a high-level strategic partner operating where technology, policy, and markets converge.

Outcome

From voice to visual design, every element reflects the firm’s core purpose—clarity within complexity. A new benchmark for how strategic guidance can be communicated: calm, sharp, and unwaveringly focused.
